He is a Certified Salesforce Consultant having managed multiple implementations and responsible for the successful deployment at many organizations including: Nokia, Pegasus, NBC Universal, USAA, Samsung, American Airlines and Cargill.

Scott has over 13 years of experience in software, professional services and training. He has a proven track record of helping clients identify how technology or systems will support a business goal and then ensuring they focus their execution on those key drivers. Prior to joining Ventas Scott worked for a Saleforce.com ISV Partner and helped lead the transition of that organization from a classroom training firm to an enterprise software provider. His role was to sell native SaaS applications to Fortune 1000 organizations. He also spent over 10 years in Leadership Development & Sales Transformation Consulting where he was a consistent performer.
